Fix some stuff....

Maybe with the Currency vendor you sell Badges of Justice, so we can buy/make half of the stuff.......... and we (tailors) to make things like Frozen Shadoweave, ect. ect. because the quests don't work...

Badges were removed with a reason.You can get Full T4 and stuff...

Then just make Primal Nethers free, or cost gold instead of Badges xD
